Text Message (SMS) Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description
Infinity Pharmacy Solutions, LLC (“Infinity Pharmacy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a text message (SMS) program that sends prescription refill and delivery reminders and related account messages to patients and their authorized contacts who opt in. This is a transactional program to support your pharmacy care. It is not a marketing program.
2. Opt-In and Consent
You are enrolled only after you opt in and confirm your enrollment by replying YES to the confirmation message we send you. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Infinity Pharmacy at the mobile number you provided.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
3. Types of Messages You May Receive
- A one-time confirmation message when you opt in.
- Recurring prescription refill and delivery reminders.
- Replies to your HELP and STOP requests.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your prescription refill and delivery schedule.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Infinity Pharmacy does not charge a fee for the messages themselves.
6. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you opt out, you will not receive further program messages unless you re-enroll. You may also opt out by contacting us using the information in Section 10.

8. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s transmission and is not guaranteed.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
